Building and characteristics
The FAP filter is made with the modulating system with panels bolted together. This particular building offers the following advantages : high relation between
filtering surface and obstruction volume, speedy and simplicity of locking and unlocking of sleeves through the central tunnel, positioning even in not accessible
places as it is totally dismantled.
The FAP filter can work both in pressure and in depression. The filtering sleeves 0 120x2000 mm are in syntetic and
antistatic material (Polyesther- Polyprophylene) and they are mounted on a wire cage of plastified steel.
The machines cleaning is effected by jets of pressed
air at high pressure (4-6 BAR) at electronically controlled sequence, driven by membrane valves. The air injection of washing, from the manifold at the inside
of the sleeve, occurs through distributing nozzles and in aluminium pipes. We supply the standard version varnished with RAL enamel.
In option we can provide
the FAPZ version in cold zinc-plated steel, FAPX in inox steel Aisi 304-316-316L.
